These terms define rules of using the ContainerBoard platform and user responsibilities.
1. General provisions
- These Terms define the rules for using the ContainerBoard platform available at containerboard.eu.
- The platform is operated by ContainerBoard Karol Tyminski 5842785961, registered in Gdansk, Andrzeja Struga 4.
- ContainerBoard allows users to browse container market company profiles, publish and review offers, and communicate around listings.
- Using the platform means accepting these Terms.
2. Definitions
- Platform - the ContainerBoard website.
- User - any person using the Platform.
- Content - any information published by the User, including descriptions, offers, company details and listings.
- Operator - the owner and administrator of the Platform.
3. Rules of use
- Users must use the Platform in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
- It is forbidden to publish content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, is misleading or contains spam.
- Users must provide truthful and up-to-date information.
4. Publishing content
- Users bear full responsibility for content published on the Platform.
- By publishing content, users declare that they have the necessary rights, that the content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
- The Operator is not obliged to verify content before publication.
- The Operator reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or the law, make technical edits and block user accounts.
5. Nature of the platform
- ContainerBoard is an informational and intermediary platform.
- The Operator is not a party to agreements concluded between users.
- The platform does not guarantee the effectiveness of offers, service quality or user reliability.
- All relationships between users are entered into at their own risk.
6. Liability
- The Operator is not liable for content published by users, their actions or omissions, or any damage resulting from using the Platform.
- The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Platform or the absence of technical errors.
- The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for technical or development reasons.
7. Changes to the platform and Terms
- The Operator reserves the right to change platform functionality, introduce new services and modify these Terms.
- Changes to the Terms take effect once published on the Platform.
8. Access termination
- The Operator may limit or block access to the Platform in case of a breach of these Terms.
- Users may stop using the Platform at any time.
9. Final provisions
- These Terms are governed by Polish law.
- Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court.
